single mom, and with the help of her daughter, they are able to
work together as a team to live a happy and successful life. |

Unlike many of her friends during the time, my mother was faced with
the choice of whether or not she was ready to be a mother at the age
of 19. Yet, when the time came, she knew exactly what she needed to
do--that was to take care of her daughter and make sure that she
could have the best life possible. |

Eilo
Boyce grew up playing a sport that isn't even imaginable for most
young girls. Rugby was a very popular for the boys in her
neighborhood, but she was the only girl on the team. She faced
the hardships of playing a man's sport and has gained the respect of
her peers, teammates and opponents. She now plays on an all
girls in Philidalphia.
